It's ample ammunition for anyone who bunked PE, with more excuses not to exercise than the cast of Celebrity Fit Club. The usual high risk activities feature heavily - but some seemingly safe past times also make an appearance.

Episode one sees Jim D'Ambra and buddies are doing what they love best - fishing. But D'Ambra hooks a shark, which drags him into the water to fight on home turf. A base jump gone bad, rodeo mishaps and a near-fatal plane crash also feature.
