Frank Butcher, Arthur Daley, Swiss Toni, all gods amongst
men. And this pantheon of brooding, car-dealing manhood
is joined by another firebrand of the forecourt. A man
with so much bling, so much rabbit and so much dosh that
he has been crowned the ultimate King of Cars.
He is Chop, head honcho at one of America's most successful
car dealerships and a dude who doesn't understand the
meaning of the word 'no'.
KING OF CARS
focuses on Towbin Dodge, Chop's used car dealership, as
well as peeking behind the scenes at "The Chopper
Show," a wildly popular weekly improvised infommercial
that brings in 80 per cent of the dealership's sales.
To motivate his frantic workforce and to move more motors
off the lot, Chop makes his staff star in the insane ads,
which features his unforgettable motor-mouth technique,
bizarre outfits and sledgehammer selling style. He'll
do anything to drum up business and get you in that car.
